  • Duration: 13 months followed by End Point Assessment

  • Assessment: End-point assessment

  • Qualifications Earned: Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship and CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice

Who it's for

You do not need previous HR qualifications to apply. This programme is a good fit if you:
  • Work in an HR, people support or employee services role
  • Support managers and colleagues with people-related queries
  • Want to build a career in Human Resources
  • Are interested in employee experience, recruitment and people processes
  • Want to gain a recognised CIPD qualification
  • Have support from your line manager to commit to 3 hours of weekly webinars and 3 hours of in-role development

What you'll be doing

This is not theory. You'll learn by doing.
  • Supporting managers and colleagues with HR queries
  • Delivering excellent service across people processes
  • Applying HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
  • Managing and maintaining HR information and records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and services
  • Building evidence of your capability through workplace activities
