Professional Career Development Programmes

Funded by the Apprenticeship Levy and available at all ages and stages in your career, you'll be UK based and confident the programme develops you in your current role. Make sure you’ve read all the programme details carefully and understand the work and commitment required.

Suitable for all, from entry level through to masters degree

A Professional Career Development Programme (PCDP) can support your career with training that is designed for your needs.

Check the requirements

All programmes are subject to specific entry requirements, which you’ll find detailed in the links below.

You’ll need your line manager support, as we’ll ask for their approval when we receive your application.

If you are accepted on to the programme, we’ll ask you to add completion of PCDP to Workday as one of your performance goals. As with any performance goal, if you fail to complete it, this can have consequences for your performance reviews. You will be expected to work closely with your BPP coach and your line manager to meet all of your programme deadlines on time.
