Assistant Accountant

Build accounting expertise and support better business decisions

Develop the technical knowledge, professional behaviours and practical accounting skills needed to support financial processes, deliver accurate reporting and contribute to effective business decision-making. This programme includes the AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting and is aligned to the Assistant Accountant apprenticeship standard.
Note: Due to funding regulations, your business area will need to fund your registration costs, professional examination fees and any resit costs if you fail an assessment. This will also include any travel expenses incurred should you attend a BPP Centre.

  • Duration: 15 months learning, followed by end-point assessment
  • Delivery: Online with supported learning
  • Assessment: End-point assessment and AAT qualifications
  • Start dates: Bi-Monthly
  • Qualifications Earned: AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Level 3 Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship Standard
