Risk and Conduct Stage 2 (Senior Compliance / Risk Specialist)

This programme is the second of two programmes suitable for individuals working in Anti Money Laundering, Financial Crime or Risk and Compliance. You will study towards an International Compliance Association Diploma relevant to your role and understand how to apply this knowledge for the benefit of your customers.

Programme structure

Aligned to an industry approved standard it focuses on building capability through:
  • ICA Diploma in: Anti Money Laundering or Compliance or Governance, Risk and Compliance
  • Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours
  • Externally accredited End Point Assessment

Time commitment

You'll need time during working hours and must be confident you're able to allocate this within your workload. You'll receive a plan of your journey, it'll broadly consist of:
  • Fixed time of approx 3 hours per week
  • Flexible time of approx 3 hours per week

  • Participating in webinars
  • Self directed study
  • Workplace reflections
  • Assessments
  • Building portfolio

BPP support

  • Regular 1:1 coaching reviews
  • Industry experienced Tutors

After completion, you can: Apply for Professional Membership with the International Compliance Association.
