- Be familiar with Leadership Fundamentals content
And have completed the following learning –
- Introduction to Coaching, Coaching Self and Coaching Others (3 x 20 mins self-led modules, found in the Leading and developing others playlist)
- People focused 1:1’s (blended learning, found in the Leading and managing performance playlist)
- Giving and receiving feedback (blended learning, found in the Leading and managing performance playlist)

Apply to for Chartered Manager status with the Chartered Management Institute provided at that point you have 3 years’ experience in a management role.
