This Integrated Degree apprenticeship is designed for future leaders ready to take charge of complex projects and deliver results that matter. It blends academic learning at degree level with practical workplace experience, empowering you to become a confident, capable project manager who can inspire teams, manage resources, and turn strategy into reality.
This programme goes far beyond theory. You will achieve a BSc (Hons) in Project Management, while applying what you learn directly into NatWest. From managing budgets and stakeholders to leading change and embedding sustainability, every module builds skills that make a real business impact from day one.
Programme structure
Aligned to an industry approved standard it focuses on building capability through:
- Modules such as: Foundations of Business, Project Management Principles, Financial Managing in Projects, Quality and Risk, Leadership and Ethics and Sustainability
- Accredited End Point Assessment via BPP University
Time commitment
You’ll need time during working hours and must be confident you’re able to allocate this within your workload. You’ll receive a plan of your journey, it’ll broadly consist of:
- Fixed time of approx 6 hours per week
