This programme is designed for individuals who support the delivery of banking services to customers, usually within Corporate, Commercial, Retail Banking or Private Banking.There are three elements to this programme that you need to complete:
  • Work based activity related to the programme and documented in a series of reflective statements
  • The Chartered Banker Institute Advanced Diploma in Banking and Leadership in a Digital Age
  • A work-based project designed to evidence change management skills
