A Professional Career Development Programme (PCDP) can support your career with training that is designed for your needs.
You’ll need line manager support to apply as we’ll ask them to sign off your application once we receive it.
Once you’re accepted on to the programme, this will be included as one of your performance goals. Therefore, you will be required to add it in Workday. You will need to ensure you fully complete the programme otherwise you will be marked as an under-performer.

All programmes require you to evidence having GCSE’s in Maths and English at grade “4” or “C” (or equivalent).
You will undertake specialist qualifications in Maths and/or English if you do not have this evidence.
